Youth Connection

Quite recently, Endang Isnaini Saptorini, our co-founder, treasurer as well as our Director of Business Development and Marketing had a meeting of mind with Aida Swenson, the Director of the Indonesian Youth Choir, Cordana.  When two brilliant minds collide a fusion happens and YOUTH CONNECTION was born.  The YOUTH CONNECTION is a phrase coined to describe the meeting of young people through dialogues, cultural exchanges and presentation.  These meetings are done without boundaries, be it social, ethnics, nor religions.

In order to support such meetings, Nusantara Foundation has partnered with Dewi Sitha, the jewel of Bali to produce this Youth Connection PIN.  The PIN symbolizes these meetings of mind of the youth, with the hope to bring the peace throughout the world.  The PIN is specifically designed for this purpose and hand crafted by master craftsmen, who live in the village of Celuk, Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali.  These master craftsmen are organized by Dewi Sitha shop to display their works, which have transcended through 5 known generations.
